Demetria Devonne ,,Demi” Lovato urodziła się 20 sierpnia 1992 roku w Nowym Meksyku. Demi jest amerykańską piosenkarką pop, pop rock, rock, Rock alternatywny oraz elektropop, muzykiem, autorką tekstów, multiinstrumentalistką i aktorka. Gra na gitarze, pianinie i perkusji. Jej wytwórnia płytowa to ,,Hollywood Recerds”. Rodzice piosenkarki to Patrick Lovato i Dianna Hart de la Garza. Lovato ma również dwie siostry: Dallas i Madison. Zasiadała ona w jury amerykańskiej edycji programu ,,X Factor”. Znana jest również z wielu programów i filmów takich jak: ,,Sonny with a Chance”, ,,Camp Rock” oraz ,,Program ochrony księżniczek”. Jej debiutancki album Don’t Forget  znalazł się na drugim miejscu na liście Billboard 200 . Drugi album to Here We Go Again również zadebiutował na liście Billboard 200 zajmując pierwsze miejsce. Z kolei trzeci album Demi –Unbroken zajął na tej samej liście czwarte miejsce. Jej ostatni album to Demi został wydany 14 maja 2013 roku. Jej głos został doceniony prze wielu artystów takich jak Katty Perry i Kelly Clarkson.
